«Nonostante alcune carenze già descritte, da consigliare»
Posizione ottima, appartamento sufficiente per una famiglia di 3 persone, funzionale per visitare Londra, inserito in un palazzo tranquillo, abitazione silenziosa, Wi-Fi veloce ed affidabile, presenza di Tv a schermo piatto (è possibile usare la FireTV), cucina sufficientemente attrezzata.
Impossibilità ad effettuare il late check-out (neanche di un paio d'ore). Il letto aggiuntivo per la terza persona (mio figlio) del tutto inadeguato: divano letto scomodo e rumoroso. Mancanza di una scopa per la normale pulizia di un appartamento e di sacchetti dell'immondizia. Lavastoviglie non funzionante. Impossibilità a stendere la biancheria (non c'è neanche il filo avvolgibile sulla vasca). Vetri delle finestre molto sporchi.

«Eccellente posizione e struttura. Peccato per il malfunzionamento del wi-fi.»
Posizione super centrale, in una stradina pedonale con tanti ristoranti e negozi, ideale per visitare a piedi il centro. Struttura moderna, ristrutturata, pulita, ben arredata, confortevole e con spazi adeguati.
La connessione wi-fi era quasi assente e lo staff, benché sollecitato, non è intervenuto per riparare il sistema. Molto sgradevole l’eccessiva rumorosità durante il giorno dovuta ai lavori in corso nel cortile del condominio adiacente, con uso prolungato anche di martelli pneumatici.
